The staff here were super friendly and always ready to help. They did a great job with the services. I was pleased with my deluxe twin room, even though I found only one bed instead of two. the room also had a nice ensuite bathroom and there was tea/coffee available. 😊

We had a fantastic family stay at this cozy hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. The staff, particularly Bridget and her husband, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to cater to the needs of our children, making us feel right at home. The location had a great view from our room, and our car was safely parked. We got great value for our money at this hotel.
The breakfast selection could have been better with more variety.

As young holiday goers, we loved the comfortable beds and the great shower pressure. the hosts were very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our vegan requests for breakfast. the view from our room was amazing and the location, though a bit far from the center of town, was still walkable. it felt like a homey and cozy environment.
We felt very cared for during our stay at the hotel, with no reason to complain.

Outdoor activities: The location of the hotel allowed me to indulge in thrilling outdoor activities like horse riding and boating, making my stay an adventurous experience akin to exploring the vast plains of Kerry County. Central heating: The cozy guest rooms were equipped with central heating, which kept me warm and comfortable during my stay, as if I was wrapped in a snug blanket on a chilly evening. Tea and coffee facilities: The provision of tea and coffee facilities in the room added a touch of convenience, ensuring that I could enjoy a rejuvenating cup of hot beverage anytime, just like having my own personal barista on call. Safety features: The hotel took safety seriously, with a range of safety features including carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors. I felt reassured and secure, as if there was an invisible shield protecting me from any potential harm. Nearby attractions: The hotel's proximity to the Aqua Dome, Banna, and Ballyheigue beaches gave me the opportunity to immerse myself in the beauty of Ireland's coastal wonders. It felt like being transported to a picturesque paradise right at my doorstep. À la carte breakfast: The delightful à la carte breakfast at the bed and breakfast was a feast for the senses. The mouthwatering options and personalized service made me feel like a VIP experiencing a culinary extravaganza fit for royalty. Shared lounge and garden: The shared lounge and beautiful garden provided the perfect spaces to unwind and connect with nature. I felt as if I had my own private oasis, a haven of tranquility amidst the bustling excitement of Tralee. Free WiFi: The availability of free WiFi throughout the hotel allowed me to stay connected and share my wonderful experiences with friends and family, as if I had my own virtual teleportation device connecting me to the world.
Minor breakfast choices: The only downside I noticed was the limited breakfast choices, but it was more than compensated by the warm hospitality and impeccable service provided by the staff.
